The TricoPro Creams are specialist cosmetic scalp-care products designed to support a variety of everyday hair and scalp needs at home, ideally with professional guidance.
The range includes the Antioxidant Scalp Cream, created to help nourish the scalp and support the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking hair; the TTR Tea Tree & Rosemary Scalp Cream, ideal for scalps experiencing occasional dryness, light flaking, excess oil or product build-up; and the Juniper Keratolytic Scalp Cream, formulated for scalps with more noticeable flaking, stubborn build-up or a rough, dry appearance.
Together, the TricoPro Creams provide professional-style cosmetic scalp care to help soothe, refresh and condition the scalp while supporting a cleaner, more balanced and healthier-looking scalp environment.
Ideally a person should apply the cream rather than yourself when possible.
The treatment creams are formulated to be applied to a dry scalp and need to be used sparingly, a little really does go a long way.
Section the hair thoroughly so that you can see the scalp, to identify any areas of inflammation, flaking or scaling. The treatment creams are applied using a small amount directly to these areas and only to these areas for the Juniper Scalp Cream, the TTR and Antioxidant can be used throughout the scalp.
Use a teaspoon to take out 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cream which you can place onto the inside of the lid. Use this cream to dip in your finger to apply the cream, anywhere from 1-4 teaspoons of cream may be used at any one time depending on the treatment that is being carried out.
Do not place any cream back into the container as contamination may occur.
Reconditioning (optional with cream treatment)
To apply the Reconditioning Cream-
Once you have applied the cream to all of the areas being treated then you may wish to add the Reconditioner. This super hydrating cream is applied to the hair not the scalp, to smooth, strengthen and provide shine to the hair.
When using the reconditioner alone it is applied to the hair when dry-again to the mid lengths and ends only. This hydrating treatment can be applied to the hair at the same time as you apply your scalp cream to give a full head regenerative treatment.
Once all creams have been applied leave on the head for 20-30 minutes, if you have a steamer it is ideal to steam the hair and scalp, if not using a steamer then a bath towel and shower cap to cover the head will suffice.
At the end of the treatment time wash the hair using the Juniper Scalp Therapy treatment shampoo (when using TTR and Keratolytic) or the Tricotain Shampoo (when using Antioxidant) twice (until the traces of cream have gone), followed by the suitable Conditioner.
You can now dry the hair as you would normally do.
